| The Teaching Studios of Art began when Rob Zeller started teaching landscape lessons in Central Park in fall 2008. In the winter, when it was too cold to paint outside, Rob began teaching students in his Brooklyn art studio. He founded the Teaching Studios of Art a month later. The Teaching Studios presently have two campuses: one in Oyster Bay, Long Island, and the other in Rob's studio in Brooklyn. |

| The Teaching Studios of Art’s mission is to train artists in traditional techniques practiced for centuries before the advent of Modernism. We believe that creating a vibrant artistic environment enriches the aesthetic and cultural life of the surrounding community.
